Kia Quoris Dares Competitions in Premium Segment

The recently introduced premium sedan - Kia Quoris from the Kia stable has continued to enjoy tremendous patronage four months after it was launched in Nigeria.
We discovered in our findings that the Quoris is particularly admired for its unique and sleek exterior design, luxurious interior cabin, high performance engine and easy handling dynamics among many other features.
Powered by an upgraded 294 ps Lambda V6 3.8-liter MPI engine, Kia Quoris aspirated twin DOHC 3.8-liter engine is equipped with dual continuously variable valve timing (CVVT) and a variable intake system (VIS).
Every Kia Quoris comes equipped with Kia’s all-new eight-speed automatic transmission mated to an innovative SBW (Shift by Wire) technology that helps save space and weight while reducing engine noise in the cabin.

Additional night-time safety is provided by the AFLS (Adaptive Front Lighting System) – fitted as standard – that works in conjunction with the full HID (High Intensity Discharge) headlights.
The Active Safety system comes standard with ABS (anti-lock braking), BAS(Brake force Assist System, ESC(Electronic Stability Control), HAC(Hill Assist Control), VSM(Vehicle Stability Management) and EBD (Electronic Brake-force Distribution).
EBD monitors the car’s load, the combined weight of occupants and cargo, and adjusts the front/rear distribution of the braking pressure to enhance retardation. Kia has also added PGS (Parking Guide System) to assist drivers.

Mr. Jacky Hathyramani, CEO/MD, Dana Motors Limited, marketers of Kia Motors in Nigeria

Dana Motors, its marketers in Nigeria, said the QUORIS is covered by KIA's comprehensive warranty program which offers unprecedented consumer protection.
Also included in this program is a 5-year unlimited warranty and 5-year free maintenance service which all make the KIA QUORIS a truly great buy.
Interestingly, Kia Quoris is KIA’s first rear-wheel drive large sedan for more than a decade that sets new standards for advanced design, new technologies and driving performance.
The name is derived from the English words ‘core’ and ‘quality’ and hints at the attributes within the very heart of KIA’s new flagship.  The decision to adopt this unconventional name means Kia Quoris will stand out even further from the established crowd.
